Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Wedding List Manager, you agree to be bound by these terms of service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

The Service

Wedding List Manager provides wedding planning tools including guest list management, seating planning, RSVP management, wedding websites, photo sharing, vendor discovery, and budget planning. The service is currently available to users in the United Kingdom.

Your Account

You may only create one account per person. You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe are being used fraudulently.

Couples and Organisers

If you use Wedding List Manager to plan a wedding, you are responsible for the accuracy of the guest information you enter. You must have permission to store and process your guests' personal data on this platform. You should comply with applicable data protection laws when collecting and managing guest information.

Vendors

If you use Wedding List Manager as a vendor, you are responsible for the accuracy of your business listings and service descriptions. You must deliver services as described on your profile. You must not use the platform to mislead couples or to send spam or unsolicited communications.

Tokens

Vendors can purchase tokens to use for marketing and promotional features on the platform. Tokens are purchased via Stripe at the price displayed at the time of purchase. Tokens do not expire. Refunds are available subject to a refund fee, as displayed on the platform at the time of the refund request. Token balances are non-transferable between accounts.

Intellectual Property

Content you upload to Wedding List Manager remains your property. By uploading content, you grant Wedding List Manager a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, store, and process that content as part of providing the service to you.

The Wedding List Manager platform, its branding, design, and underlying code are our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the platform without our written permission.

Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be available at all times or free from errors.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wedding List Manager is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings. Upon deletion, your data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the violation.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Your continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
