For couples
Free wedding website
One place for everything your guests keep asking you. The date, the venue, where to stay, what to buy you — and a reply button that writes straight onto your guest list.
Up in an evening
Most of it fills itself in from the wedding details you have already given us.
-
Pick a design
Classic, Modern, Rustic or Minimal, then your own colours and fonts. Switch design whenever you like and nothing you have written is lost.
-
Turn on the sections you want
The welcome, the day and the RSVP are ready to go. Add your story, travel, places to stay, photos and FAQs, and drag them into the order you want.
-
Publish and share the link
Put the address on your save-the-dates and invitations. Guests replying from their invitation link land on their own RSVP.
What you can put on it
The day itself
Venue, date and time with a map, so nobody has to message you for the postcode the week before.
Your story
How you met, the proposal, or nothing at all. It is your page, written how you would say it.
Travel and places to stay
How to get there, and the hotels and B&Bs nearby, with links guests can book from.
RSVPs that count themselves
Replies go straight onto your guest list, headcount and seating plan, with dietary needs and allergies attached.
Gift list
Guests mark what they are buying so nothing is bought twice. Add a payment link for a honeymoon fund if you would rather.
Photos, FAQs and a countdown
Show photos from your albums, answer the dress code and plus-one questions once, and count down the days.
Why a wedding website saves you a hundred messages
Every guest has the same five questions: what time, where exactly, can I bring someone, where should I stay, and what would you like as a gift. Without a website the answers live in a group chat, an invitation insert and your head, and you end up answering each of them dozens of times.
A wedding website answers them once. Because this one is part of the same account as your guest list, a reply on the site is a reply on your list. You do not have to copy RSVPs across from a form, or check whether the dietary requirement in an email made it to the caterer.
Keep it as simple as a date and a map, or make it the place guests come back to as the day gets closer. Either way it is free.
Questions couples ask
Is the wedding website really free?
Yes. The website, all four designs and every section are free for couples, with no trial and no card. Wedding suppliers pay to advertise on the platform; you do not pay to plan.
What will the web address be?
Your site lives at weddinglistmanager.co.uk/w/ followed by a name you choose, such as your first names. You pick it when you set the site up.
Can I keep our wedding website private?
Yes. You can add a password, and the site is kept out of search engines unless you choose otherwise. A password-protected site is never shown in search results. Until you publish, visitors see a coming-soon page.
Can guests RSVP on the website?
Guests who arrive from their own invitation link can reply on the site, and their answer, dietary needs and allergies go straight onto your guest list. Anyone else is asked to use the link from their invitation, so strangers who find the site cannot reply.
Can we put our gift list or honeymoon fund on it?
Yes. Your gift list gets its own page where guests say what they are buying, so nobody doubles up. For a honeymoon fund you add your own payment link and guests pay you directly. We never handle the money.
Can I use my own domain name?
Not yet. For now the site lives on your weddinglistmanager.co.uk address, which you can share on your invitations and save-the-dates.
Give your guests one link
It takes a couple of minutes to set up, and nothing about it costs anything.
